CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOOTENANNY

The DSRWC had a strong showing at this year’s Chamber of Commerce Hootenanny for small businesses and non-profits.

Co-President Judy Murphy and 2nd Vice President Chantal Chiapetto manned the gorgeous table and provided small cellophane bags with information about the club and some goodies. Teresa went crazy and recruited Super Java to provide coffee at the Crab Feed and Canyon Club Brewery to provide the beer. Then one of our sponsors from last year, Jennifer Weist from Belmont Village, came by and Teresa got her to up her donation from last year and provide gift baskets for the auction.

Meanwhile, Auditor Aruna Gupta, 1st Vice President Pat Anderson and Director of Communications Lori Grace took invitations around the event and spoke to individuals about the club and invited people to come and get to know us.

But the best part was when our own Aruna Gupta won the grand raffle prize, a week in New Orleans. Congratulations!

2026-27 EXECUTIVE BOARD

At our May General Meeting, the new officers of the Executive Board were installed. Lynn Confetti Ledbetter, Director of Finance for the Mt. Diablo District and outgoing President, Pat Anderson, did the honors.
